• Third payment – 25%: 6,500,000 THB after a further construction period of approximately five months, upon completion of the walls, plastering and first-fix electrical and plumbing installations

Ownership:

The land is offered under a company freehold structure using a newly established Thai company. A leasehold option for the land is not available.

The land is transferred to the buyer’s newly established Thai company. The existing company belonging to the seller or developer is not transferred to the buyer.

The building permit may be issued in the buyer’s personal name or in the name of the buyer’s company.
