Construction:

Construction begins after payment of the first instalment and takes approximately 18 months due to the sloping hillside location. A fixed calendar completion date should therefore not be applied to every villa.

Under the leasehold option, the land is leased while ownership of the completed house is transferred to the buyer. The registered lease term, renewal provisions and transfer conditions remain subject to the final agreement.
